Our standard cancellation policy is that you can get a full (100%) refund for any experience if you cancel at least 30 days before the experience is scheduled to start; 75% refund if you cancel 14 days before the experience is scheduled to start and 50% refund if you cancel 7 days. Timing is calculated in accordance with the time zone of the tour destionation.
If you want to reschedule the date of your experience (or change the number of guests), you can do that up to 7 days before the experience starts.
